We’re sorry to say that we are no longer renting out the Lodge for classes, events, art shows, birthdays, holidays, wedding receptions, and lots of other fun stuff.
We had a lot of fun hosting events for quite some time but from here on out the Lodge will be used for limited Schmutz Company hosted events and as our working space. Thanks to everyone who held events here in the past – we had a lot of fun and it’s not that any of you did anything wrong – we just need to focus on what we are doing and need some room to make messes and be sloppy Schmutzers. We build a lot of puppetry stuff and animation stuff and that stuff is now taking up too much space.
What we have had to offer:
- 3 Floors of usable gallery space
- Large amount of display wall space
- Usable kitchen space w/ dishwasher and counter space
- 1 unisex bathroom
- performance area that accommodates up to a 4 piece band
- audience space for classes and performance that can hold 45 people standing or seated
- Professional management team
- History of hosting and promoting well attended successful events
Rates:
Mon – Thur (11am to 5pm): $20 per hour
Mon – Thur (5pm to 10pm): $60
Fri – Sun (9am to 5pm): $25 per hour
Fri – Sat (5pm to Midnight) $100
