Located a block from Penn Ave in the Penn Ave Arts District the Schmutz Lodge is a great location to host your event!

About the Lodge
In the fall of 2009 Dave moved into 5405 Broad St. in Pittsburgh’s Garfield neighborhood. His new house/studio/performance space is one block north of Penn Ave between Graham St. and Aiken Ave. The space is wired for sound and has a heart shaped fire pit. The building has an open floor plan with plenty of space for events, a vaulted ceiling and large opening between the second and third floors that creates a loft-like space.
Recent improvements including repairs to the steps, a fresh paint job, and the removal of the awning. All of these have help make the outside look a little swankier. If you want information about renting the lodge visit this page.
